Team Malizia will celebrate the first Malizia Ocean Festival in the heart of Hamburg, the Traditionsschiffhafen, on 6 and 7 September 2022.

With a large two-day event and a new boat, Team Malizia wants to share the adventure of their sport with the German public and their partners who have supported them since the start of the Vendée Globe. This public event features highlights such as the christening of the new Malizia – Seaexplorer, as well as exciting events and tents including exhibitions on sustainable shipping, sustainable materials, coral protection and virtual reality experiences. Live music, food trucks and fresh drinks will contribute to a festive ambiance on the pontoon of the Traditionsschiffhafen and the Magellan Terrassen.

Tuesday, 6 September is the main day of the festival. Both days are open to the public - all are welcome and no registration is required.
